How to connect WorkVoices to DropBox

When attaching a file to a post on WorkVoices, you can choose to use the default WorkVoices storage or upload a file from DropBox, or upload a file to DropBox. There are two ways to set this up.

 

1. Connect to DropBox directly

Go to My Settings, and click the tab DropBox.

Click the button and follow the instructions.

After that your DropBox account is connected and you can use it when attaching files to a post

 

2. Connect to Dropbox from the attachment screen

From the regular sharebox, click the attach icon.

Click the link 'Use Dropbox'

When you have no DropBox connection, a message with a link will be displayed which will take you to the DropBox connect tab immediately.

Follow the instructions mentioned at number 1.
