When you type a post, you can mention someone by typing @username. As soon as you type @u (the first lettter of the person you want to mention) the system will provide you the options available. i.e. @ma will display in a pulldown Marc, Martijn, Max. Simply select the person you want to mention and type your post.

After posting, the person(s) you mentioned will receive an email (depending on his notification-settings) that he has been mentioned.

WorkVoices will also create a link to the profile in the post for other users to follow.
