How to enter a custom Twitter hashtag for my network

As an admin you can select a custom hashtag for your network.

Go to Admin -> Networksettings and find the inputfield for 'Twitter hashtag".

Enter a text for the hashtag (with or without #) that will be used as the custom Twitter hashtag for your network.

All the users in the network that have connected their Twitter account to the network, can use the default #wv or #workvoices, and can now also use your custom hashtag to identify whether or not the Tweet should be imported into WorkVoices.

 
How to connect my Twitter account to WorkVoices?

With WorkVoices you can select to share a WorkVoices post on Twitter. In order to do this, you need to allow WorkVoices to use your Twitter account. This is done on the Twitter website. From that moment on, you will be automatically logged in on Twitter, when using WorkVoices. You can place WorkVoices messages on Twitter, and  import selected Tweets from Twitter in WorkVoices.

How to post to WorkVoices from Twitter?

After you have connected a Twitter account to WorkVoices, you can use #wv or #workvoices in your Tweets to have them imported into WorkVoices. Tweets with #wv or #workvoices will be imported into all networks you are a member of and where you have connected the Twitter account.

If you use #vraag in your tweet, it will be marked as a question in WorkVoices.

In case you want to specify which network on WorkVoices your tweet will be posted, ask your networkadministrator to create a specific network hashtag.

 
How to post from WorkVoices to Twitter?

When you type a post in WorkVoices, you can directly place it on Twitter. First connect your Twitter account to WorkVoices. When posting a message, place a check in the checkbox for Twitter.

The message will be placed on Twitter on your account.

 
How to disconnect a Twitter account from WorkVoices?

The disconnect a Twitter account from WorkVoices simply go to the Settingspage of WorkVoices. Select the tab 'Twitter' and click 'revoke access' for the account you wish to revoke access for.
